5. Quotes and orders

Sending an enquiry or quote request through this website does not create a contract. Prices, quantities, delivery dates and payment terms are agreed in writing between you and Bakar Lift General Trading Limited. Separate terms apply to each supply and haulage contract.

Payment safety: Bakar Lift General Trading Limited will never ask you to change bank or payment details by email or WhatsApp. If you receive such a request, do not pay. Call us on 024 268 1235 to confirm. Our only phone numbers are 024 268 1235 and 024 655 6030.

6. Logos, photos and content

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Bakar Lift General Trading Limited unless stated otherwise.

The Shell, TotalEnergies, GOIL and GOBitumen names and logos belong to their owners. They appear on this website only to identify our key partners.

This website links to other services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control these websites and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
